Home School Access

Google Classroom

Loxley Hall School will be using Google Classroom to enable pupils to access home learning. Pupils can access their work by logging into www.classroom.google.com

In order to use Google classrooms on a computer or a laptop, you will need Google Chrome as your internet browser.

Pupils can use the Classroom app on Android and iOS mobile devices. The Classroom app is not currently available for Windows mobile devices. If you use a device running Chrome OS, such as a Chromebook, you don't need to install the app.

Although many safety features have been enabled by our administrators, it is still the responsibility of parents to monitor what children are accessing online at home. We will continue to teach pupils the importance of being responsible digital citizens and accessing age appropriate material and we appreciate parents and carers supporting this at home.

Online Safety

To help keep our pupils safe, all staff at Loxley Hall School are using  www.nationalonlinesafety.com .  Parents and carers can register for an account. Once you have registered, you will be able to access the “Online Safety for Parents and Carers’ course and National Online Safety’s Resources (which includes 50+ online platform guides on the latest social media channels and games). This aims to help empower parents and carers with the knowledge to protect their children from the dangers of the internet. Click on the link below to register.
